Return & Exchange Policy
We offer refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT at the selling price of the returned products. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since shipping date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We do not accept any exchange.
We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged.
Products must be in its original condition.
Products must be unworn and unwashed.
Products must have 2FAB4YOU tag attached.
Products must be in the original packaging.
**Products that do not meet conditions above cannot be returned. Any “SALE” merchandise is non-refundable.
Before returning your product, please complete the return form. Once you received our approval, products must be mailed for return within 14 days of shipping date. Products must include receipt or any proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over IDR 500,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as store credit on your account within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The store credit will expire in 180 days.
